Today we finally had a beautiful day, so we went to the local park and wandered around just to get some fresh air. It’s been pretty cold and dreary here, so this was a refreshing day.
Here’s a photo of the Carriage House at the park, which housed the estate staff, horses and carriages back in the early 1900s. Unfortunately the mansion estate was removed long ago to make way for a highway, and the Carriage House is all that remains. This house is huge! I wish I could have seen what the estate looked like!
I chose this picture of the day because I love the symmetry it has. Like they say, “Symmetry is beautiful”.
