Pay the fine

Canon 5D Mark II | Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS | 24mm | F 4 | ISO 100 | 5 Exposures

This is another shot from the recent URBEX trip. We came across some garages on the grounds which had quite a few interesting pieces to it. What I found most interesting was the notice on the wall.

STOP! IS GARAGE DOOR UP ALL THE WAY? YOU PAY $170 PER BROKEN LIGHT.

I couldn’t help but look up after reading that to find all the light bulbs were broken. My first thought was, “aren’t light bulbs about $3?”. Which then was quickly followed by my second thought, “Who’s going to pay that fine?”. Somebody needs to get to the bottom of this! I counted at least 3 light bulbs broken. There’s $510 that is owed!

What also added to this shot for me was the broken chair. This also made me wonder how does a chair’s metal leg get bent like that? Oh the things you find while wandering about!

Thanks for checking it out!
