If you haven’t heard by now through Facebook or Twitter, I get into Halloween. I remember the scariest houses from when I was kid, and my goal today is to be that scary house for today’s kids. I’ve been doing a mad lab themed haunted garage for a few years now, and have slowly acquired many items along the way. Last year I introduced my electric chair (photo below), where I have an actor who’s routine is to get electrocuted then jump up to scare his victims! This year I introduced the Trash Can Trauma, which is an air powered prop that has a mask that pops out. This prop worked great to double scare those running! I forgot to get a picture of this prop (I know, I know!), but fear not. Since I’ve been doing this for a while, my mom called the local news to tell them that I have a haunted house they should check out! She also forgot to tell me she did this. So to my surprise the news was knocking on my door to interview me!
