Another shot from the time I spent in London. As I mentioned in my previous London post I had taken a day off to wander the city by myself. I didn’t realize that there was also some sort of city-wide fair going on along the waterfront. It was very cool to see all the vendors and performers during my photowalk around The River Thames.
Today’s photo is a long exposure shot of The London Eye, which is a very cool modernized “ferris wheel”. What makes it so unique is that the carriage that you ride in, never has an obstructed view. As you can see in the photo, it rotates around the frame, and is always on the outside of the frame, no matter it’s position. The views from the atop the London Eye were very impressive. If you’re ever in London, it’s worth the wait to take a ride!
